Subway in Garmisch-Partenkirchen

Ordered through Liferando. Delivery took 2 hours! (45 minutes were estimated) Nobody could be reached! I called several times!

Delivery service is an absolute cheek. After 1.5 hours of waiting for the order, I noticed that my drink and cookie were missing in the menu that I ordered. The food was of course cold. Will not have anything more delivered.

The employees were absolutely overwhelmed despite moderate visits (about 4 customers in front of me). I had to wait forever until my order was ready and unfortunately my salad was also missing the croutons. The wraps I ordered were also missing some ingredients that are actually specified by Subway.

Unfortunately very long waiting time otherwise everything was as expected.

the quality of the food and the portion size have decreased significantly since the opening again. Communication problems between employees and customers included. For standard salads (lovely chicken balance), the company has clear guidelines that are never adhered to. Devinitive too small or toppings are missing (like croutons) e.g. Sandwiches are only poorly filled. At full price and a NoGo at noon at noon.

Corona registration did not work ... Cleanliness apparently poor .. We were there on Wednesday October 28th. Chairs and tables stacked improperly. Toilet dirty too. It's a shame we like to eat at Subway .....

Catastrophe. We were 6 people but there were only 5 loaves of bread left. Firstly, we didn't even have the opportunity to choose between different types of bread & secondly, we were told that no more breads would be baked because it was too late. At exactly 7:22 p.m. we wanted to eat something and the shop was officially open until 10 p.m. Many customers left the store with their heads shaking. Then I decided to get a wrap, which, by the way, was listlessly prepared. The two employees were difficult to understand and you had to repeat your order several times. We wanted our orders as a menu. However, the staff noticed that no cookies were baked. They said the cookies would be ready in 5 minutes. We waited about 15 minutes. When asked, we were informed that the cookies had been forgotten and thus burned. New cookies were baked. When they wanted to give us this, the employee herself noticed that it would be an impertinence because the dough was not yet firm. The drinks were not filled and so you didn't have much choice. There were also problems with payment. The employee was thinking everywhere but not in business. She pressed cash and direct settlement even though I wanted to pay by card. Then she stared at me for several minutes and asked if I could pay in cash (everybody can make mistakes, but I don't understand how someone who operates the cash register doesn't know the cancellation function). I only had my bank card with me. Then the employee asked if I could ask my friends. My friends didn't have any cash either. Now comes the hardship. The employee asked me to go to the nearest bank and withdraw money. Conclusion: a very bad service.

Bad ... it was today - the floor was stuck in the whole store - made terrible noises when I walked on it - the staff didn't understand me and had the calm away - thought I should help them - there was a lot of blowing in the coffee corner the eyes of the customers - the boss was brought in to check out because the cash register system was not understood - the sub was fine - one star for that

Unfriendly, slow, unmotivated. We were right there and stood around for 10 minutes until we had cold subs, as it was estimated to be 10 degrees in the shop and the subs lay around for 5 minutes from the oven until they were packed. Bread too dark at the edges. Amount of meat significantly less than in other stores. Went there on 09/27 around 7:00 p.m.

Employees slow and overwhelmed. Had 5 customers before us and were only through after 15 minutes. This does not work this way. Lady at the cash register totally overwhelmed and unfriendly, she also wore a dress and flip-flops. Absolutely inappropriate. Only the gentleman on the bread knew what he was doing. It's a shame, Subway actually stands for faster and friendlier service. Sub itself was fresh and all breads were available. With vegetables, however, more was placed on the bread only after repeated requests.

It's not so common to find fast food chains in Heidelberg. I'm very glad this subway is here. The food is 100% what you expect from a well run Subway shop. 5/5 for meeting expectations.

I ordered a Veggie Delight sandwich and the guy asked me if I wanted him to change his gloves as he had touched some meat before. Never happened anywhere else. I really appreciated the gesture ?

We went to this subway yesterday. Delicious subs and very nice and friendly staff. We were allowed to inaugurate the new outdoor seating by chance. Eating outside at Subway is a rarity - TOP

Typical subway restaurant in a central location, directly at the town hall with a large car park in the immediate vicinity. Just a few minutes' walk from the pedestrian zone. Staff friendly and tried very hard. The capacity can accommodate about 20 to a maximum of 30 people. The toilets could be a bit cleaner.

Tastes very good and is freshly prepared in front of the eyes, currently there are every day until Christmas various discounts. The ambiance is modern and the restaurant clean and well maintained.

Actually like any Subway but what is sold here as Nachobox is a bad joke. 2 jalapeños and a half teaspoon of cheese, the guacamole was missing completely. We still have to practice that;)

When I was there they were out of their beef and pork options so I ordered the chicken teriyaki which was to salty for me..

Normal Subway with standard food and quick service.

Yummy sandwich . Chicken teriyaki with Cheese Oregano bread is a must try.

A great place for a short break

Perfect fast food.

Delicious just like home, I just wished they had avocado and would sell me 1 juice box for my child

In itself a subway as you know it. With every visit so far, the service has been really outstanding and friendly. There are many seating options and the restaurant is generally very spacious. Parking spaces are sufficient and free of charge. All in all a bit better than the average subway

Very happy eating nice vege sandwich at Subway in Germany. Almost same taste as in Canada.
